Certified psychologist, integrative therapist trainee, schema therapy consultant in training, grief counselor
For nearly a decade, I worked in the business sector as a consultant, supporting clients in implementing organizational and operational changes. Already in my first year, I realized that I was more interested in people than in business processes, which is why I began studying psychology.
As a person-centered counselor, I believe that in an authentic, accepting, and empathetic environment, every individual is capable of growth and of mobilizing their inner resources. I work from an integrative perspective, always tailoring support to each client’s individual needs and difficulties, helping them connect more closely with their emotions, understand their behavioral patterns, and find authentic solutions to their challenges.
I carry out my work alongside continuous professional development and regular supervision.
Areas I can help with:
- self-awareness and self-esteem development
- life management difficulties and periods of feeling stuck
- stress management and learning relaxation techniques
- relationship difficulties and improving emotional expression
- workplace difficulties, motivational problems, and burnout
- people-pleasing tendencies and difficulties with setting boundaries
- grief and loss processing
